長万部温泉郷の温泉の一つ。露天風呂があるのはここだけ。
かなりの濃度のしょっぱさで、風呂上りに体がべたつくほど。しかしその分温浴効果が高く、非常にあったまる。
男湯と女湯で桧湯と岩風呂を交互に交代しているので、毎日入れば、2度楽しめる。
