宿泊者がゆっくりとくつろげるように日帰り入浴者を16時までに制限するなどしているため、なかなか平日には入りにくいものの、宿泊者にはその分、とことんのもてなしが用意される。
宿泊者専用の隠し露天風呂などもある。露天風呂からは落部川の清流が眺められ、心が和む。最近、河畔に宿泊者限定散策路を整備した。
